The President's Award is presented quarterly. Every employee from all departments is eligible for this award that recognizes an employee's demonstrated attitude of goodwill and excellence for the company, our customers and fellow employees. Raymond Jackson, at left, is this quarter's winner. He handles a variety of tasks at BEC. As warehouse manager, he is responsible for managing inventory and organizing delivery schedules. He works closely with sales people to arrange the timely arrival of sold and demonstration equipment. Thank you Raymond for a job well done!

The owners of BEC attribute a great deal of their success to the loyalty, input and shared interest of its more than 30 employees. Monthly meetings provide a forum for every employee to hear and be heard concerning company and customer business. Awards recognizing top sales, administration and service are announced at these meetings.
